Beginner Reformer Pilates
[Beginner]Perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates. Learn foundational movements, proper form, equipment setup, and Pilates principles while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Reformer Pilates
[All Levels]A full-body Reformer workout designed for all experience levels. Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability through low-impact movement and guided instruction. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early for equipment orientation.
Reformer Sculpt
[Intermediate]An intermediate-level class focused on muscular endurance and definition. Using increased resistance, higher repetitions, and continuous movement, you'll strengthen and sculpt the entire body.
Lower Body Reformer
[Glutes + Legs]A high-energy Reformer workout focused on the glutes, thighs, and lower body. Expect targeted resistance training and dynamic movement sequences designed to build strength and definition. Grip socks required.
Arms & Abs Reformer
[All Levels]Strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders, back, and core in this focused Reformer class. A balanced workout suitable for all levels, with modifications provided as needed.
Guns & Buns Reformer

Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates

Advanced Reformer Pilates
[Advanced]A faster-paced Reformer class designed for experienced clients. Expect advanced exercises, increased endurance work, and a greater focus on strength, balance, and control. Prior Reformer experience is required.
Arms & Abs Reformer

Infrared Hot Mat Pilates
[Infrared Heated Mat]Experience a full-body Pilates workout in our infrared-heated studio (95–100°F). This low-impact, high-energy class is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, enhancing balance, and increasing muscular endurance. Using primarily bodyweight exercises and occasional props, you'll leave feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body.
Infrared Hot Pilates Sculpt
