Please arrive 5 minutes early to your first class. The instructor will go over the use of the reformer and how to operate it, show you around the studio and answer any questions.

The same attire that you’d wear to the gym or a yoga class. We recommend tights, leggings or shorts. Sticky socks are required in Reformer classes & Large yoga towel for all Hot classes,

A total of 9 clients in the Pilates classes & 14 total in Hot Pilates & yoga classes.

How often you train will depend on your fitness level, how your body adapts to the workouts, and your fitness goals. Our trainers would be happy to assist you with these questions.

You are able to modify your booking up until 12 hours prior to your booked class.

Clients who attend Rare Body Studio prior to their pregnancy are welcome to attend throughout each trimester. If you are new to Rare Body Studio private sessions are required. After the 15 week mark is reached, there are specific modifications that need to be addressed while participating in group fitness classes.

Please wait until you have received the all clear from your 6-week check-up and notify the trainer when attending your first class postnatal.

It will depend on your injury and your road to recovery. Group classes involve a full body workout, so in some instances this can be quite challenging for the injured client and the trainer. Private sessions are strongly advised to start.

We keep our rooms set between 95 and 100 degrees fahrenheit.

With a 3 hour notice, you can switch to another class as long as it is in the same day as the scheduled class. We do not allow you to switch your class to a different day.
Cancellation Policy:
Private session cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance; Group Class cancellations, 12 hours in advance. If you cancel a private session and/or a group class made within the 24-hour and 12 hour cancellation windows, you will lose the session and/or class. You are allowed to change a booked class as long as it is in the same day of the scheduled class booked. We do not allow different day class changes. No-shows will be subject to an additional $20 fee per class. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your booked reservation you will not be permitted into class.
Purchase Policy:
All purchases are final. We do not offer partial or full refunds.
Expiration Policy:
All packages have an expiration policy. Please read details on each purchase option. We do not extend packages for a longer expiration date. Classes for members do not roll over to the next month. If you don’t use all classes within your month you will lose that session.
